Tim Young of Young Works built his career on 13 years of professional live entertainment in New York City and abroad. As a vocalist on 2 Grammy Award winning records, from Broadway’s Next To Normal and Dear Evan Hansen and the film The Greatest Showman as an actor and singer, he built the experience and relationships that led to his work as the Executive Music Producer of the original film musical Stuck. Managing a multi-million dollar budget, a music department, writing and producing an original score, and coordinating with a large-scale multi-department production on a tight time-frame, prepared Young for a career in large-scale projects as a creative and a manager, with a specialty in communicating between technical departments and their clients and end-users.

Off stage, Young has worked as a sound designer for various art installations, night clubs and theaters in New York City, creating lauded spaces for the world’s most critical audiences. The Young Works process begins and ends with the user experience in mind.
